CURRENT OFFERINGS FOR CLIENTS

  • ALIGN

    75 MINUTES: A comprehensive assessment of your nutritional, physical, and psychological history, and everything in between. This is a chance for me to hear your story, and learn about what’s important to you. We’ll start to identify goals and themes, and discuss ideas to get started.

  • FOLLOW

    45 MINUTES: Ongoing collaboration to explore new insights, progress, hesitations, and barriers — all without judgment. You get to share your experience of this process in a safe space. Session frequency may change over time, depending on your needs.

  • INTEGRATE

    COACHING: Support between sessions, because integrating new ideas and shifting patterns between sessions can be really challenging!

    EXPERIENTIAL: Some challenges are best explored in real time, real life, and with real support. This may include community dining, meal preparation, grocery shopping, supported meals, and exposure work

  • BOLSTER

    PARENT/FAMILY SUPPORT: Dedicated time for parent or caregiver support outside of individual or family sessions. Typically encouraged to accompany any child/adolescent care, as family members are such valuable facilitators of change.

  • LINK

    Collaboration with medical providers, clinicians, mentors, case managers, and academic/employment staff can significantly enhance treatment experiences and outcomes. When appropriate, this is an opportunity to link various aspects of your care for more comprehensive, holistic support. I can also provide written recommendations, letters, and accommodation requests.

NOTES & FAQ

Sessions are offered in-person, via telehealth, or hybrid.

Accommodations may be honored as discussed and feasible.

EQUITY: I reserve 20% of my caseload availability for clients requesting sliding scale fee scheduling. I accept treatment arrangements made via ProjectHEAL (including reduced fee or pro bono care), and reserve 2 additional sliding scale openings for BIPoC and/or LGBTQIA+ identified clients. Any modified arrangements must be requested, agreed upon, and documented.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: Per the No Surprises Act (2022) — Healthcare consumers are entitled to an estimate of expected out-of-pocket charges based on information known at the time of request.

INSURANCE: I am not paneled with any insurance companies at this time, however support advocacy for reimbursement per the individual policy. A monthly superbill can be provided upon request.
